Lease take over 2012 6spd e92 m3

I'm looking to get out of my lease. I currently have 32500 miles with 45000 allowable miles. 12 months left on lease and monthly payments are $830.00.
Current buyout is $54,600.00 and end of lease buyout is $41,622.00. This BMW has been well maintain and is up to date with its schedule service. As and incentive I will be giving you the car with oneighty headlights and GTS-V bumper. I am not looking for trades I just want to get out of the lease early.
Lease ends on April 14 2015.
I have more pictures but for some reason I can't upload them from my phone, but if your truly interested I could text you more pictures or even meet up to see the car in person. I'm located in Queens NY.

Buyer got approve by BMW. Still not final until he signs all the papers so he still could back out. I'll keep the thread updated.
