Only inner LED halo ring lighting up?

Hey guys, I just picked up an 08 E93 M3 and the car had LED halo's already installed. However, only the inside ring on both is lighting up. Any idea what could be up, or what I can look for to fix the issue? Is this a setting I can change?

You have LED angel eyes that are aftermarket and only the outer ring is lighting up? Sounds like the led is not strong enough. Because the outer rings are fiber optically lit from the inner led. Unless you have led angel eyes from OSS or OnEighty.

Figured it out, the bulbs previous owner installed were very weak and bad quality, new bulbs are amazing!

Good call. I was going to say that you might need to look from a different angel too.
