angel eyes installed from alpinemss

WOOOOOOO these things are bright
thanks to alpine mss for the advice and helping me with everything

in order to capture the actual eyes and not just a light, i had to play with exposure as listed below.

first pic is stock eyes which needed 1/4 of a second to capture the eyes.

second pic is after the upgrade and to get the eyes just like in the first pic i had to increase exposure to 1/60th of a second...that shows you how much brighter the lights are over stock

third pic is a comparison between the stock vs the upgrade when both were shot at 1/4th of a second

fourth pic is with the headlights on at 1/6000th of a second to show u the eyes and the headlight color comparison

enjoy let me know what you think thanks

I really like these a lot more than the angel iBright ones from EAS.

Where did you get these and how much did they cost?

Wow! Great price. I notice these are HID, so does it mean they are LED's or no?

No they're just regular hid but I personally don't like the led look. Install was easy. And you wouldn't be able to tell i installed them by looking under the hood.

Hey where did you ground the left side? After I finished I had that 1 wire laying around and the left side would not work so I had to touch it to different bolts till it kit up and I installed the wire on it. I think it was one of the headlight assembly bolts

honestly man they were brighter than what i expected. Once you turn them on give them about 30 seconds (since they're HID) and you will swear you could use them as your low beam headlights to drive around town. lol

install was easy, the hardest part is the 2 inches the m3 has to change out the actual bulbs.....SOO ANNOYING....I had to step back from the car and take a deep breath because i was getting frustrated. other than that, all wires are long enough and if you follow the DIY you can hide all the wires and ballasts almost 100%.

i turned my headlights on and went back to look at them and they are in your face, they do not show the slightest of fade when the headlights are on.

IMO HID is the only way to go. I highly recommend them and for $170 bux shipped....what a steal.

I think it looks 10x better especially with the headlights on over stock. I can't stand the yellow with the white headlights I think it looks so tacky. If the stock angel eyes are on Aline then it's ok but with the headlights on at night it's a color match disaster

Thanks for the pictures, they look great!

If anyone would like to order a pair, or have any questions, feel free to message me! I'll be glad to help!

These are available in plenty of different colors.

This is NOT a regular HID kit, it includes a harness to power them up & keep the iDrive/bmw error free!
