Changing out my Compressor/Condenser.Drier/Tensioner/Idlers on 2011 335is

HI everyone!

Would love some encouragement and direction on a route to take:

My 2011 335is was recently diagnosed with having a poor compressor/condenser and components at 104,500 miles and I was quoted $2700 for the labor and parts, I already cut back cost with purchasing my own parts but am perplexed on the route to take in regards to getting the work done. Ideally I would love to work with an expert and do it myself for less cost but with the type of job it is with freon and a vacuum being involved would it just be smarter taking it to the shop?

Also I found guys on FB that would be willing to do the work, but I have really no clue on their expertise and feel it would be a gamble.. What do y'all think on this matter?

Thank you!
