Installing E93 M3 muffler on Stock E93 335i

I have 2008 E93 335i with N54 engine dual exhaust single tips, I came across E93 M3 V8 muffler with quad tips and matching rear bumper.

The reason I am exploring this mofication, I like the looks of the E93 M3 center quad tips muffler and the rear bumper, and I can get them at low price.
questions:
1. Has anyone one done this modifcation befoe, will the e93 M3 V8 muffler from will greatly alter the stock exhaust sound?
2. I also plan on deleteing the second Cat only.

Has anyone done this setup, I appericate any realted input for the above two questions, as I have no intertst in other options. Thanks

you should educate your self and notice you're in a m3 forum asking about a 3 series mod.

Other comments aside, most exhaust people on the platform don’t care for the stock m3 muffler. So in your shoes I would look at other aftermarket options. Megan is a common choice at less than 1k. Past that it’s a long list of 2-7k options. An alternative is to go with the m3 exhaust and do a 2 or 4 pipe modification for $200 at a muffler shop.

@CamasM3e93, pick a final answer, is it "no on the forum would do this mod" or it's the "wrong forum". I deal with people like that on a daily bases, the bunny hole has no end.

Your questions are tailored for the wrong forum. That's why my response is: Why would anyone on this forum do that mod?

You're asking about fitting an M3 exhaust on a 3 series, but this forum is specifically for M3s. So the chance of someone here having a 335i/is with a e9x m3 exhaust pretty low.

Here's the answer: No, it's not worth it. You'll need to get an M3-style bumper and modify the connection pipes of the M3 exhaust to work with the N5X mid-pipe. So your $200-$350 OEM M3 exhaust will become a $700-$800 M3 exhaust, not to mention the cost of fitting an M3-style bumper and paint. And keep in mind that the price estimate is probably based on low-quality work from a run of the mill exhaust shop that just does muffler / cat deletes.

@omgzirra_exe I appreciate your detailed reply and my initial thoughts when I did my first post that since it's M3 exhaust maybe that's the right place, hindsight, did not understand and was offended by your comment which I sent , an d you are correct, my questions are suited for stock 3 series not M3 forum.
I'll be honest with you, I'm still pursuing to install the e93 M3 muffler on my e93 stock N54 engine. I already have e92 M3 bumper an already purchased M3 mufler for less than $300, if none of that suited me or I did not like the sound of it I could simply undo. My goal was install the M3 bumper with a quad tips as I really like the look of it , thanks I'll sound as secondary to me . I am fortunate to have access to muffler shop that could do that for me pretty cheap .If I didn't like the sounded, I will install the Megan muffler as "CamasM3e93" also suggested.
My goal is to have the M3 bumper with the quad exhaust tips , the exhaust sound is secondary to me. I'll be happy to post a video of it and compare it to what I saw on YouTube, as we all know not everything on YouTube is accurate and also will posted on the correct forum.

I don’t think any of us view the stock exhaust as a strength of the car. It’s very quiet and the note is only ok. It’s also heavy. Many of us end up ditching it, except for a handful of us who do the 2 or 4 pipe mod. Listen to a few clips on YouTube of corsa, megan, oem 2 pipe mod, oem 4 pipe mod to get an idea. But the exhaust flow coming out of the non-M 3 series is going to be less so it won’t translate perfectly. In your shoes the m3 exhaust is not the route I would go.

And I don’t personally mind that you brought the question here.
