SOLD E92 335is Lease Transfer

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Trying to get rid of my DCT E92 335is lease. New Incentive: $1300 to get rid of car. Reduces monthly payment to 624!

Flawless car, drives great and has not given me any issues.

Car is space grey metallic and black leather interior with the unique 335is aluminum trim.

Options are as follows:

Premium Pack: (Auto-dimming mirrors, leather, lumbar support, garage opener, and that silly compass)
Convenience pack: (Keyless go, PDC front and rear, and power rear sunshade)
Navigation
Premium sound pack: (Harmon Kardon, sat radio)
BMW Apps
DCT transmission
Bmw assist

Only thing this car does not have is heated seats which are unnecessary in southern california anyway!

Car is bone stock and never had any engine mods. Only thing i have done is give it 20% tint all around, and Black BMW emblems. I have the factory emblems which I will provide the new owner with as well.

Now for the numbers:

Acquired the car from Crevier BMW in July 2012
36 Month lease (28 months remaining)
Monthly payments are 674 including tax after i put around 3500 down at the dealer!
12,000 allowed miles a year
currently at: 8300
Lease buyout for those interested is: $50,150

Lastly, the tires are in good condition as I have never driven the car very hard at all. The DCT shifts great in drive and has a decent rev match when its in sport mode. Coming from an M3, nothing is nearly as good, but this isnt bad. I was positively surprised by the BMW performance exhaust which has a good deep tone to it.

If interested PM me and i'll get back to you ASAP

I will post some interior pictures later this week!

Hi, how many months does the lease have left on it? And what ado you expect from the buyer, in terms of money?

It is a 36 month lease, and any interested party may acquire the car either by lease transfer, where the new owner then pays the monthly 674, or pays the buyout price of 50,150. BMW also charges a $495 fee for processing the lease transfer.

So you are looking for the buyer to pay the $500 transfer and then take over the payments of $674? No down payment?

Yes and no.. it is a $250 lease transfer fee to BMW from buyer and seller. And downpayment, i am not asking for any from the buyer just to make for an easy lease swap. I cannot offer any either as i put down a few thousand in order to get the payment to where it is.

That was my question. So your willing to split the transfer fee $250 each and no down payment owed to you? That's what I'm assuming from what you wrote. I think it's a good deal without you having to add a down payment to the lease swap. I have a friend that's looking so I'm gonna pass this onto him.

I'm also curious if the tax in the payment would change if the car switches to a different state. Florida is 7% and I think California is 7.5% if I'm correct. I'm thinking the payment could potentially go down.

yes you are correct, and the tax for california is actually 8%, so the payment would reflect the 1% decrease in tax if transferred to florida. Feel free to have your friend email me at tobers@me.com

I don't get how this car is still available. This is an absolute killer deal. If I saw this before I got my car I would have taken it in a heartbeat.

haha, thanks. I just added an incentive. I think it's because most people want a 6mt. I leased a DCT because I Commuted with it and i didnt want to sit in socal traffic with a 6mt :P

It seems that more people actually like the DCT. I've seen one or two 6MT out of all the 335is's that we've sold. I personally think the DCT is the way to go.

What kind of exhaust did you have on it? In the one pic I can see a polished angled, bigger tip then the 335is and BMW PE.

The car is actually completely stock except for the black badges i put on and the Tint. I love the BMW PE though. Really deep, no drone, and quiet enough when im just cruising in 7th gear on the freeway.

Actually depends on county

LA County is now 9%

so if FL is 7%, then there will be a 2% reduction in payment.
