Yup, everyhing but the side bolsters. Bars go where the side bolsters in the rear used to be. Center cross bar unbolts too so passengers can still get in, and you can bolt it back in as soon as you need it.

According to my friend, yes it will. The 335i and the M3 are the same chassis after all, and that's where it bolts to. I'm in Diamond Bar, CA.
