Help!! Car is throwing codes feeling weird

This morning I turned on my car and it was very odd feeling. During cold start when i got to 2k rpm's it would sputter. After the car was warm when i get to about 6k rpm it sputters. I don't know if it is a coincidence, but all this happened after i installed the Remus Sport Exhaust. I just plugged in my car and noticed the following codes. Anybody know what the problem could be?

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// BMW Trouble Code list
//
// ECU Type : Siemens DME MSS60
// Vehicle Manufacturer Ecu Hardware Number : 7848125
// Vehicle Manufacturer Ecu Software Number : 7841654
// Hardware Reference Number : 0569QT0Z240EEKFV0
// Ecu Manufacturing Date : 30.01.2008
//
// 1) 27B1 Secondary air system throughput bank 2
// 2) 27C4 environment pressure Plausibility
// 3) 2743 Lambda sensor heater resistance diagnostic VKAT bank 2
// 4) 27BB Fuel system diagnostic bank 2

That's not good. Did you try to clear them or start a new key cycle ?
When you say Remus sport,is that an axle back or a full system ?

Just an axelback. I also had a new battery replaced last week. Not sure if any of this could have caused something or if its just coincidental.

I just cleared the codes this afternoon and cleared adaptation values too. I'll see tomorrow if the same codes get thrown again. The thing is no CEL lights have came on. I think that might have something to do with the Gpower tune for the supercharger.

You had the SC tune on your car for a little while now so I doubt it's the tune. Disconnect the +ve battery terminal over night and let me know what happens tomorrow.
Good Luck man !

Just to update, it seems like the car was acting normal today after clearing the codes and adaptations. I have not checked to see if the codes came back yet, but i can feel that those problems are not there anymore. Im not really sure what the problem could have been, but I'm still kind of worried about it.

I scanned the car again today and i got these codes:
// 1) 2B58 Idling control monitor
// 2) 27B1 Secondary air system throughput bank 2
// 3) 2743 Lambda sensor heater resistance diagnostic VKAT bank 2

I'm guessing a sensor is causing some problems with the AFR calculations that caused my other problem the other day until i cleared my adaptations. Could this be the Oxygen sensors?

A bad 02 sensor will cause your AFR's to be incorrect. I would suggest replacing your 02 sensors if you are getting related faults, if codes and errors continue contact your supercharger vendor for support.

I replaced the upstream o2 sensor on bank 2 yesterday and cleared the codes last night and have not seen any codes come back this morning after driving to work. The throttle also feels so much smoother than before.

^ glad it worked out...where did you buy your o2 sensor? How much are they if you don't mind me asking. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post it here. I may be in the same boat as you...

How hard was it to change?

I purchased the o2 sensor from Oreillys. It was the Bosch brand one for 150$.

Was pretty easy if you have access to under the car.

You only have to drop the metal skid plate where the oil drain plug is. I believe its about 6 16mm bolts and a few 8mm and 10mm ones. After that you can see where the o2 sensor connects to the exhaust from the connector. No need to drop the exhaust. Bte your inbox is full.

Thanks aznboi319...I saw I missed your PM. I cleaned it out, if you want to resend.

I'll be doing this in about a week. I ordered a new o2 sensor today, but will take a week or so to get it shipped here.
