From what I have seen in all the launch control video is that 5500rpm is way too high to get decent traction off the line, if the system can allow you to lower this to nearer 4500rpm I think you may find the car gets off the line much more cleanly with a lot less wheel slip.

Here's my launch at 5500 rpm with a lot less wheel spin. It really depends on road surface and temperature of the road and tires.

I did a LC launch in an abandoned parking lot last weekend for the first time. It defaulted to the 5500rpm launch. I'm not sure if it was just me, but there was hardly any wheelspin past 3-4000RPM in first, and not much before then. It was perfect.

Thanks for the video...what type of pavement were you on? I'm guessing smooth asphalt.
