09 headlight switch

Anyone just buy the 09 headlight switch and swap it with my 08?
It has a little chome accent on it as opposed to the all black 08 model

It will switch out, but sort of expensive for such a small cosmetic mod, you need a whole new module not just the knob

09 does look better,
you need to switch the entire unit and I believe the unit happens to store your car's mileage or something like that (thats what BMW tech told me)

The only difference I see is the lack of egg yolk on the turn signal....on the 08....am I missing something?

You can get the 2009 euro part and add reverse fog lights as a bonus.

can you please give us the part number for the 09 switch that adds the fog light on a e92? i only found the 08 switch part number, the one without the aluminum accent in the middle. thanks
