Took my car to Peter Pan. They did not screw up the service. They have a new facility in Millbrae too.

Fremont BMW had been pretty good to me so far. I definitely recommend them.

Just avoid BMW SF at all costs. Stories can be shared. Their Service Manager should look for other work.

I go to BMW SF. Cedric is very accommodating. That is, he's very mod-friendly.

I go to BMW SF because it's the most convenient. Jorma is a nice guy to work with. I know a few members on here don't have a great impression of them, but I haven't really seen any recent horror stories.

alarm programming

anyone took their m3 for alarm programming only? I just called weatherford, they charge $265 for programming and BMW of SF charges $190. Seems a bit high for just software programming. Any suggestions?

my son lives up north and used Peter Pan for his 335i. Said they were courteous and very professional.
