Help! Engine malfunction reduced power:(

Just bought a 2008 E92 from the dealer "as is" with no warranty... 20 hours after purchasing the car it through this error on the Idrive an car went I to limp mode. Took it I'm for servicing and the techs said it was throwing a dct code but it was actually a hood latch sensor malfunction? Any way they took care of it car drove fine for 5 days and now it's popping up again.... All though the circumstances are a tad different. Before the code popped up when ever it felt like, now the only two times it has happened was when the car was sitting or cold ish and drive the car right away and about 10 seconds into driving it throws the warning... I drove the car around after turning it off and back on and was driving it hard to try and throw the code again and nothing.... Service is full for a week so figured I'd try and see what anyone thinks...

Do you get a whole range of error codes when this happens or just one?
