What's the least productive work day in America, year after year? Answer that question and it will provide you with an answer that you will still choose to ignore for the sake of your own argument.

New Year's Eve. 2/3 of American's won't be hungover after the Superbowl and will be working as per usual. 3/3 won't bother working on NYE.
Logic: I has it.

Probably does not mean a damn thing. What are you the Harvard professor for what 50 million unmanly American's are watching? Or are you just assuming?

What doesn't mean a damn thing? Lemme lay this out for you (also you're in Germany, and I'm talking about the glorious United States of America).

~313 million Americans
~111 million Americans watch the Superbowl
~202 million Americans did not watch the Superbowl
Of the ~111 million Americans who watched it:
x are male
x' are male that don't care about it
y are female
y' are female that don't care about it

~70% male/~30% female?
Rough estimates of x, x', y, and y' are as follows:
x = ~111mil*0.7 = ~77 million
y = ~111mil*0.3 = ~33 million
x' = ~77mil*0.3 = ~23 million
y' = ~33mil*0.7 = ~23 million

Rough figures, but x'+y' = ~40-50 million male/female viewers are watching for other reasons besides the game itself (being with friends/family, commercials, an excuse to drink, Kelly Clarkson, etc.)

You're just failing to comprehend what I'm saying. I'm saying there's a good amount of people watching the Superbowl that do not care about the game. They're still viewers of the program, but they're not watching it because they care about the game. I did not say all of the viewers do not care. I made it pretty clear that about 40% do not care, not 100%.

Are you sure? Where are you getting this information from? Are you assuming? Sounds like it to me. Here is my point.

~313 million Americans
~111 million Americans watch cats and dogs fighting over toilet paper
~202 million Americans did not watch cats and dogs fighting over toilet paper
Of the ~111 million Americans who watched it:
x are male
x' are Transvestites that don't care about it
y are female
y' are a bowl of soup that don't care about it

~70% male/~30% female?
Rough estimates of x, x', y, and y' are as follows:
x = ~111mil*0.7 = ~77 million
y = ~111mil*0.3 = ~33 million
x' = ~77mil*0.3 = ~23 million
y' = ~33mil*0.7 = ~23 million

There! I just put some stats down on a blog and acted like they are real! Sounds legit to me. Where are you getting your stats? I hope I laid it down good enough for you. Also I did not know you were talking about the glorious United States of America because I thought the Superbowl will be played in Indianapolis this year which is in South Africa right?

It's the only football game I watch... but I can tell you I'll be watching for the football, not that chubby broad singing the anthem.

That's a pretty wild assumption right there, presuming to know what other people are thinking...

You knew putting Kelly Clarkson in the title would bring the trolls away from their dungeons and dragons games and defend the geek that has no interest in the game

There are surveys about it with real, live people's responses posted on the Interwebs. I didn't pull #s out of my e-butt, and I have a Ph.D. in Superbowl statistics.

Yup and I have a Ph.D in you are a a@$ hat. You said there are surveys about it with real live (as opposed to dead) people's responses on the interwebs. I'm sure there are but your stats are not from them. You are just throwing out some numbers and trying to snow job us but it's not working. If you are not referencing than you are assuming.
