Rear bumper tow hook cover missing?

So less than 24 hours after taking home my new 2013 m3 I noticed the rear tow hook cover was missing. Anyone had one of these just pop off randomly? I have not taken through a wash or anything. any ideas on getting it replaced?

You can order the part through the dealer. However, it only comes with primer so it is a PITA because you have to have it painted.

interesting that I never realized that I had a rear hook too...lol

looks like someone just forgot to install the cover at the pre-delivery inspection. Looks like the cars go on the boat with the cover popped off

they're shipped/delivered without the cover. At the final inspection point (either at the prep center or at the dealership) someone was suppose to take the shipping blocks off, peel the vinyl, take off the plastic seat cover, and install the tow cover...etc etc. So someone just forgot an item on a check list.

Yup Good job, seeing that, now he has proof to make the dealer replace it, cause IND does a great job, but it wont Match if you have one painted.

Yea that pic was taken a mere 20 hrs after I got the car. I had already driven 60 miles home though but I used that as my evidence of how fast it came off. Even if it was on, they either didn't install it correctly or it was defective because it fell off within 1 day!
