Is there a DIY for cleaning out the rust from the centers and painting them?

Inside of the hub? There was a thread on one, basically sand the rusty hubs, paint with brake caliber paint, and let dry.

Yes, inside the hub. Ya I remember the post but can't find it. Just wanted to know which grade paper they used and what tool to sand.
