No one is going to give you cash for a lease assumption. The market is way too saturated. I almost laughed myself out of my seat when I read that. Better off selling the mods seperate and letting the car go for a straight $735/mo + transfer fees.

This would be true, if he had a higher monthly payment. He is one of the lucky people who leased at the right time, hence the 735$ monthly payment. If you were to try and lease an M3 coupe with options right now your monthly note would be closer to 1200 or 1300, and thats with a down payment of at least 4 or 5k up front. He can get 1k-2k easily IMO, especially with the mods.

Concur, the 2k divided over the 22 months is about 90 dollars per. 735.00 plus 90 is 825.00 per month and thats still a very good deal.

Thanks vic55. Yes, it is a very good price and already modded. A brand new one would be $3k down and minimum 850/month stock. then you have to spend another $5k in mods.. plus the manual is broken in already

The only problem is the expense of removing the mods on lease return, plus any warranty issues that might come up due to the mods. Assuming a heavily modded lease, is a potential can o' worms.

There's a lot more to cars than a modlist, it would help you if you listed your options.
