Drive with door open

Is it possible to code the car to allow it to move with the door open? I find it very annoying to have to close the doors primarily when I'm trying to drive up ramps and I have to check if I'm driving up them correctly.

I also crack my door open to check clearance when parking in tight spaces, etc.

If you click the front driver's side seat beat together that should trick the vehicle system.

Yes, I would love to code this out. Also wish it went into neutral with the engine off (DCT problem)
