i dont think it would look anything like that.

model changes are usually much more subtle cosmetically
(think C5-->C6 transition)

If GM stays in business long enough, the C7 is rumored to be mid-engined mounted.

Eh I expected it to be more than $45,000 regardless. The current C6 has a base of $48,585.
