+1. One of the top three reasons I got M-DCT was so my wife could drive my ///M (she can't drive a manual) - both for pleasure and in case we have to evacuate for a hurricane. Plus I love to have her ride with me. And we just celebrated 28 years together.

Same here. Only reason I got DCT was because my wife can't drive a manual and does not want to learn, but I wanted her to be able to drive my car. I tried teaching her in my old car, but she did not get comfortable enough for her to feel safe on the road.

My wife drives the car wayyyyy more than I, as it's her daily, but I do get the "fun" moments together. It's the family car now, we love it, all of us! E90 FTW!!!!

Me too! Except in my case it isn't wife but gf. But for the same exact reasoning, i went with DCT.
