Latest M3 ecu remap

Hi guys. Been follow this site for sometimes, and got lot info.

Recently, I had a AA x pipe install, and try to get a ECU remap at local dealer. Thus one for more HP, and turn off the CEL sensor.

However after the dealer readout the ECU data, they say my M3 is 2010 latest M3. They can’t remap the ECU. Has to tune to 2009 ecu factory set up. Beacuse some kind of BMW factory lock to the ECU.

Any of you guys able to remap ECU with 2010 M3 and later ones with AA ecu remap. If so, how can I do it.

Thanks a lot.

Same on mine, I just finished the evolve tune and I had to load an old version (140e) of the software before I could load the tuned data files.

Whenever you take your car to the dealer for an ECU software update,BMW automatically lock your ECU after loading the updated software.
Most after market tuners takes a day or two to unlock your ECU so they can load the performance software again.
I went through it twice when i was NA !!!!

We have ecu software which bypasses the tunerlock. PM me if you are interested in having your car programmed.

Thanks.

Hey!

We can tune 'tuner protected' M3's remotely. We don't need your ECU, we send you our cable in the post and all the files required via email.

There are quite a few reviews out there, I'm very sure you would be happy with both the process and the tuning we can do on your M3

Drop me a PM if your interested

For directions on how to purchase just drop me an email (can't PM you as its your first post) but with regards to being detected - it would need a real investigation to really show anything. On the face of it, everything is as stock.

Just a quick question. im in Jozi too and wondering what the remap entails? would they be adjusting the look-up table of the O2,MAF,engine manifold pressure sensor, etc..?
