I am looking to buy a nice 95 BMW M3 with 77K miles, should I?

I am looking to buy a nice 1995 BMW M3 with 77000 miles. I was wondering how many miles people get out of their BMW's? What kind of maintenance am I looking at coming up soon? Is this a good year for BMW's? It's an automatic. It's on cardomain.com under bmdubya user. It has black rims now.

I have pics, but I'd have to email them. I don't have them online anywhere. It's very nice. Black, tint, clear side markers.

Dont buy an auto 95 M3. The auto tranny in all the E36's were very in-efficient and I would bet that even a 328 with a 5spd could keep up or even beat.

The 95 M3 is a great car to own though. The OBDI software makes the car very easy to mod and make power. Turnermotorsport makes some great upgrades that add big power to the 95 M3. If an NA modded E36 M is the car you are looking for then a 95 OBD I M3 with a 5spd is the only way to go.

No your wrong... BMW made auto E36 M3's in rather significant numbers. Most were Sedans though and built after 95. Its the E46 M3 that never had a traditional auto tranny.

Was the auto available in the European model, I don't recall reading about that.

Sorry, I was saying wrong to the concept of an auto M3, not doubting the availability of an auto, but all that gets lost on the internet.
