Post Warranty Maintenance

I know the maintenance schedule for these cars is dynamic and depends on your driving style, but what are the major ones that need to be paid out of pocket?

And, I apologize if this has been asked before, but are there any common issues that typically need to be addressed on these (similar to the HPFP on the 335)?

I would appreciate any constructive responses; in the market for a 08 e90 and just figuring out how much the warranty period should be worth to me.
