▀▄ eas - Recaro showroom

As SoCal's largest authorized Recaro dealer, we see a lot of seats come and go through our doors. We wanted to take this opportunity to show you some different combination's installed in various BMW's.

Recaros are a good way to shed unneeded weight from the vehicle as stock seats are very heavy (65lbs). For reference, a Pole Position with mounting hardware is just under 25lbs.

Recaro also manufactures wheelchairs, as well as aircraft and seats for airlines, automotive children seats, and for the Shinkansen train in Japan. Its seats are used in the VIP lounges and substitute box at European football stadiums.

Cars with OEM-installed Recaro seats

Below is a list of OEM-installed Recaro seats, available at the present and formerly:

- Alfa Romeo: Alfa Romeo Milano (Verde edition), 33/155 16V 4x4,75 (limited edition 2.0 T.Spark), 156, 164 (also Q4)

How narrow are the PPs? They are like 15.6" wide, right? What size waist is that?

I would say a waist size 38 would be the max, here is a charge in MM:

Isn't there a wider version of the pole position? I am a 32" waist and its snuggly in the seat. I remember when I bought them some guys that were 34" waist really couldn't fit comfortably

Absolutely, it's called the Profi SPG XL.

The Profi SPG XL is better suited for larger drivers, but only come in a velour option, we are finalizing options for custom covers/stitching separate from the S08 option that Recaro offers.

Does this set lower the seat (hip) position vs standard seats?
I currently have a set of Sparco and Recaro seats and have always wanted to
get them installed. Do you just sell the floor mounts as well? (for sparco & recaro)

Most fixed-back shells will sit lower than stock seats to provide additional clearance for taller drivers/helmets, etc.

We have floormounts in stock.
