I was led to believe by my dealer that it be the last production week for the E90.

Just called the 800 number and it said, "You're vehicle is in the painT shop with an estimated completion date of 10/25/2011."

HEY WAIT THAT'S TODAY

Production is complete and my car is "waiting to be released to the carrier."

Probably the last time I"ll check on it for some time now, or maybe I"ll go head over to the shipment guide and follow it step by step

That's the last update the 800 number or the website will get you. Mine went from "in transit" back to "released to the carrier" and vice versa several times. I picked it up last Saturday, and it's still the same.

Switched to "released to carrier and is awaiting transport" this morning, so I guess now is where I would start obsessing over which boat the car could possibly catch a ride on

Looks like I'll have a month and a half to go if I'm lucky.

Yea I obsessed too. I'm an east coast. My car ended up going on k line. No tracking at all. I was in the dark until it was released to the trucking company. Good luck!

The 800 number and website both say my car is now en route. Haven't followed it real closely, but my best guess from the beginning was that it would be on the Torrens, which left on 11/07/11... Should arrive at Port Hueneme at the end of the month, so hopefully I'll be able to pick up during the first week of December

Leaving tomorrow for Munich. I'm going to ask if mine was the last E90 off the line.

The lease is still going to be in the low 700's with tax though and a downpayment because the residuals for 2012 e92 M3's are low (59% for 10k miles a year).
How much was your down payment? I don't understand how people are getting low 500s?!

I put 2800 down.. People get low payments because they buy a stripped car. My car has $13,000 in options.

I'm looking at a $75K M3 and the best price I can get is $899/month with 7 MSDs and nothing else down... not sure if that's any good..
