Miscellaneous ramblings to get a bump...

Kings are much worse than I thought they'd be. Sabres couldn't beat the record, but are smoking anway. Nashville will go far in the playoffs this year - I like their speed and grit. What's with Ott and Cal? Lundquist looks very human. Dallas is looking good (but I still hate them)....

Nothing better than hockey season.

malkin is sick too, i think he is living up to the hype. and im glad my ducks are living up to their hype as well...damn shootouts though..

You're right your ducks are not playing their best. I bet you miss Giguere!? I can't believe what Columbus did to them the other night. I'm sure they'll bounce back.

Meanwhile, I'm in Minnesota awaiting Gaborik's return. Hopefully tonight he returns, we could use the lift!

I agree I've been around hockey my whole life, born in Winnepeg, lived in Calgary, and now coach hockey in Minnesota. That was the most bizzare play I've ever seen. I'm obviously not an oilers fan, but I wish they would have come away with that one.

I grew up in Louisiana, but my dad was born in Ontrario and played hockey at Michigan State so I've been around it all my life. Sat 4 rows off the ice for the innaugural Predators game! If we stay healthy we have a chance.
