S099 TPMS sensor compatible with 3 factory TPMS sensors?

One of my original TPMS sensors may need replacing and I called Tire Rack to get a price. Asked them the part number and they said S099 and that they are an OEM sensor. I googled that part number and the sensor in question looks to be orange and very different from the original factory HUF sensors that came in the 2011 M3.

So my question is, if I buy just one of the S099 sensors and have it installed in one wheel, will the 3 original TPMS sensors link up with it and work on the vehicle with no issues and no additional coding or is it not that simple? Just want to make sure there is no reason I would have to buy 4 matching sensors.
