I bought this about a month ago and it does work. I've had 4 children, all vaginal births, and the last one weighed 9lbs 3oz. This cream tightens just enough to give me some sensations but it's no where near being as tight as I was before giving birth. My husband doesn't really notice a difference except that things are a bit moist--but there is still considerable grip. Overall I am happy with the product. I honestly think that the cream is enhancing my own pleasure more than my husbands. Since there are no instructions on how much is enough I've been using a fingertips worth and it does the job nicely. The tube is teeny so you may go through it faster/slower depending on how active you are. This is cheap enough to try and not feel badly if it doesn't work out. I'll be buying another tube soon.
