Does this look normal?

So basically, i got a 2013 BMW M3 and i got home one night i noticed oil on the ground so i investigated i noticed oil leaking from my drain plug. I put a cardboard under my car and put a half a qt of oil in my car (cause it needed some) after 24+ hours it was leaking from the same spot i drained all my oil oaut and i noticed my oil pan was stripped so i was gonna do a time-sert ordered the whole kit and everything and when i was about to do it i noticed this.

Is that normal? Any ideas..?

The relief hole looks normal but those threads look totally stripped. You should replace the pan

Agreed. Also, with the pan dropped, it's a good time to replace the rod bearings if not already complete.
