Leasing m3 - reasonable terms? Leasing m3 - reasonable terms?

I've been quoted 2% off MSRP on a 73,345 MSRP M3 (metallic paint, standard leather, prem/smg/cold/comp).

I'm being quoted 1,330/month all in on a 24 month lease (unusual term I know) with US delivery and ~700 in upfront fees and 0 down.

They're offering an additional 4,500 off MSRP for ED.

Does this sound reasonable?

Nope, just ordered mine 76.5k MSRP, and a sale price of 71k, ED price of 67.3k

... there is an additional 1k credit from BMW this month so if this price includes that. its even more so not a great deal. if you are leasing make sure they are giving you the .00195 money factor (which is the base rate for FEB, I haven't seen march's rate yet but I assume its the same maybe lower)

Do you I think I have less negotiating leverage because I'm leasing it? I guess our ED discounts are similar because that's fixed.

I felt like I should've been able to get at least 4% off MSRP and heck you got nearly 8%.

ED pricing is not fixed there is wiggle room even lower than the posted ED price. there are four price points: ED invoice, ED MSRP, US invoice, US MSRP. Go to BMWconfig.com and build out your car with every feature you want.... from there on the top right pick either USA or ED. at the bottom it will say invoice price, and MSRP price. I was quoted 200ish dollars within the invoice prices.

leasing or buy you have all the leverage... if you dont think your dealer will give you a price like this ... I got my deal from Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW they are located in California and I am located in Virginia doesnt matter where you live in the US he can hook you up... you can reach him by PM'ing GOLFFRR .. they hook us up here a M3post.coom

IMO sounds pretty good if not a bit high for a 24mo lease. Personally I'd shoot for closer to 5 points off. Then again I have no idea how leasing works; if they give similar discounts as purchasing or not.

Don't mess around just email Ryan from Steve Thomas BMW. He will give you most likely the best quote, no BS and will break down the costs for you. There is a reason he is recommended so often on this site.

Regardless of buying or leasing, you negotiate your best "purchase" price. Whatever they are willing to sell it to you for on a straight purchase is the starting point on your cap cost for a lease.

This. Seriously. Email him now. That deal seems high and it appears you may be paying MSRP. Ryan will give you an honest quote without all the horrific negotiation.
