Unhappy Daytime visible LED angel eyes

As the photo shows below, I got a H8 32W LED angel eyes for my BMW 320i 2009, the outside ring not as brightness as the inside one, is it possiable make them look same brightness?

i get the same effect with my lux 65k. it only looks full when looking eye-level with it.

i would recommend LED angel eyes in place of HID angel eyes, be careful for the fiber optics

HID is very bright but it is so bright that looks like the headlight is on and washes out the rings.

It also doesn't solve for the ring evenness as it is still a bulb inside the socket.

I don't understand the OSS kit.

Either the interior or exterior ring is a stock Orion V2 or V4.

So where does the other ring which is a different size come from?

I wish I could put double V4 in there, the brightness is the only thing I've seen comparable to the LCI E92
