Anyone using Sprint Booster?

I have a Evolve stage 2 E92 and its superb.

But have always felt that I would like a more direct feeling from the thottle.
And yes I have power button and DTC options but I can find a optimal setting for my taste.
Shift mode 3 in DD driving but when pressing down the pedal the reaction is to slow for my likening. And shift mode 4 its ok but then if Im driving at 50km/h it wont shift up to 6 gear.

And Im curios if the sprint booster could make my car react the way I would like?

So anyone that has this on their car and if so what do you think about it?
Will the Evolve tune I have be ok with this ad on?

Cheers and a Happy New Year guys! :-)

A while back Evolve was offering an "instant throttle" option with their tunes. You should contact them and see if they could send you over a tune with this option to see how you like it.

You should have eVolve remap your Normal/Sport/Sport Plus the way that you want it.

I offer this with my performance software and tailor it based on customer input.

You could run the sprint booster without issue in conjunction with the tune, but I am not a fan of adding anything aftermarket to the car. Better off having this programmed to your liking.

As always you give good answers to all the question we have ;-).

Ive sent a question to Evolve so Ill see what they say.
But as I said thengood thing about the sprint booster is that its easy to choose between the modes.

Thank you.

You have three modes from the factory though. I can understand using it if you need more selectivity than that.

Personally I only use normal and sport on certain occasions. I tailored normal to be slightly more aggressive, negating the use for sport most of the time.

I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

Good luck!

non-nav/idrive cars only have a sport button; so it's on or off; two modes

I am using sprint booster on my DCT. It is a great improvement for a little cost. I picked it up from a fellow forum member for a good price. Like having the control with a switch if a button.

Ok I now got the "Instant Throttle file" from Evolve in my car BUT here in Sweden we went from 10degrees celcius and almost spring like to -17 degrees (celcius) and snow in just a few days so cant say that I have the possibillity to try it out properly. :-(

Will leave some feedback as soon as the weather permits me to try it out...
