I modified an e92 m performance exhaust to e90 spec. I scanned the stock e90 exhaust and modified the tips to fit the e90. The previous owner painted the bottom black. The exhaust has no cracks.

This exhaust will also work on an e92, just have to drill the rivets and slide the tubes up.

Pretty cool to have an MPE with adjustable tips. I have this exhaust paired with test pipes and sounds absolutely beautiful! Sure it has a little rasp on DCT upshifts, but unique hollow sounds steal the show. GLWS
