Double Side Belt AA Pulley Install Problem
Anyone recently install an AA Pulley that has a 6/08 and later production car? I am having problems getting the belt to fit. The belt seems too short? Any ideas?

It is not too short. I installed it last weekend. You need to first get it over the tensioner and then position it and make slipping it over the A/C pulley the last step. I recommend the double wrench technique on the tenstioner bolt head. I was able to get the belt over the pulley with just my two hands.

I just installed a new (and correct length) belt a few weeks ago, and I understand why you think it's too short. Even after you relax the tensioner all the way it seems like it doesn't want to fit.
Just keep at it, it'll fit.

Please see attached document. There is no way the belt would have fit.
