Another M3 sedan in SF! Congrats on the move and I'll see you around the area!

The great thing about SF is you have 3 race tracks within 2 hour driving distance and miles of great twisty mountain roads. Not to mention good restaurants, awesome hole in a wall places for budget eats, and lots of outdoor activities nearby. Plus the backdrop of one of the most picturesque cities in the US.

But SF is not a car friendly place.

Not for me - for a newbie to the area looking for a place to live. I told her I'd check on this today before sending her all the details as I wasn't sure if this was gone.

It's tough for me to make the call whether you should forward it on, b/c I'm conflicted:

On the one hand, I don't want to mislead and say the apartment is still open for rent, when my guy has put a good faith application and credit check in already.

But on the other hand, if my guy reneges at the last minute, I am totally fucked, and there's nothing I can do about it as there's no contract to be signed today! I have to scramble to find someone within one week timeframe to take it before I leave town.

I would just let her know that's the situation, I can still provide a walkthrough of the place if needed. Best ad to review would be the original CL ad:
