Has anyone ever had any luck ever transferring a lease? There doesn't seem to be a large market for this.

Yup, I had luck transferring one. I had a lease on a 2008 335xi sedan (~12 mos. remained) and I transferred it to someone else. He paid the $500 transfer fee with BMWFS, but I paid him $2,000 as an incentive to get rid of it. I used swapalease.com and paid them about $250 in listing fees. It was worth it because I got my M3.

Your lease looks like a solid deal, but it's gonna be harder to move that car in autumn in Boston.
