I have heard great things about rd sport and eibach springs.
Not so much about H&R. I would go coilovers if I were you. But that is much pricier and depends greatly on the use. |

Try using the search function, the information on this forum is quite helpful and has very little bs which other forums have too much of. There are hundreds of informative posts if you use the search.

My ~*"PERSONAL OPINION"*~ (so people don't get offended) would be to go RD Sport. They have the most aggressive drop (at 1.25 in. front and 0.6 in rear) of the three springs, which gives it a very nice look. They handle very well, and they are quite comfortable for daily use. The H&R's give you less of a drop, and are also more uncomfortable than the RD Sports. I owned both before I went KW V3. I haven't had the opportunity to own Eibachs, but I have had the chance to have a ride in them, and they are the most comfortable of the 3. They are also the most conservative out of the 3 when it comes to drop, at 0.8 inches. But I think the RD's rode a little better. I also haven't had the opportunity to own Dinan, but they are by far the most expensive out of all spring choices. They are more comprehensive as a spring kit though as they come with more than just the springs, and are also the most conservative drop-wise. They also come with Dinan's own warranty in case anything goes wrong. (Not BMW's warranty, as many people think.) Price-Wise (Expensive to Cheap), Dinan->RD Sport->H&R->Eibach Comfort-Wise (Comfortable to not), Eibach->RD Sport->H&R (Never tried out Dinan myself.) Drop Wise (least to most aggressive), Dinan->Eibach->H&R->RD Sport Handling Wise (Best to worst) RD Sport->H&R->Eibach (Once again, never tried out Dinan myself.) My personal preference? Probably RD Sport->Eibach->Dinan->H&R. The RD's were priced reasonably, looked great as a drop, and rode more than comfortably enough. Hope this helps some. Eibach, if you want a drop go RDsport.
Try and avoid H&R...

Eibach springs offer the best compromise of a good drop, while still maintaining excellent ride quality.
I have written a comprehensive evaluation about Eibach lowering springs in the past. So instead of typing all that again here....I'll just link you my previous post where explain (in detail) why Eibach manufactures the best lowering springs on the market. http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=307586
