How much is a E92 worth with a bad engine?

Like the title said, I am thinking of buying a clean E92 with a blown motor, the car is a 09. Thanks in advance for any input.

There are a lot more factors then the blown engine! Condition, miles, year!

How much do they want for the car? How was the engine blown? Is it a rare spec car? ie if it’s a Laguna Seca Blue…scoop it up right away!

Here’s the car, it’s a 2009. I plan on doing a engine rebuild or replacement.
