Looking for my first M3

So my 2011 custom built 335i AW coupe got totaled by a metal grate sticking out of the road while I was driving 50mph last week. Looks like there might be frame/engine damage and its going to be totaled. I have been shocked at the lack of M3s for sale within 500 miles of myself. Im looking for a 2009/2010 AW M3 coupe. Is there any major difference between the 2009-2010? From what I understand the Idrive is the same. Anyone know of any for sale on the east coast?

2009-2010's are pretty much identical. 2010 production year was very short so you might want to expand your search to 2011.

2011's have LED tails, Comp Pack became avail and on 2011.5 (Sep 2010 production) models there are some nav enhancements among with auto stop function.... Just a quick very basic info for you.

I just did -- '04 E46 M3 Vert 6MT, was a cool car but I didn't really want a vert and all the extra weight that comes with it. Plus it was starting to fall apart (trim, bushings, horn, etc...) at only 83k miles. Traded it in for a loaded E92 M3 Coupe 6MT in AW. Did Euro Delivery and got to drive on the autobahn, awesome experience, currently waiting for the car to make its way through the VPC and get back to me, I recommend this to ANYONE buying a new BMW. The E92 was just amazingly better than the E46 -- makes the E46 interior look like a chevy/gm comparatively to the Novillo and iDrive and all in the new one... not to mention the power increase. If you can, get the new M3, you won't regret it.

What about the combox upgrade, was that 2009 as well, or was that the 2011.5?

I do have a 2011 M3 coupe in MT Alpine White/Black. Loaded - the mileage is over 40k.
