M3 vs Porsche 918 Spyder Track video

First of all, what an amazing car. Major props to the owner who has the balls and actually uses his car for what its designed for. Not just sitting in a garage under car covers. Respect.

Just some fun at the last Speeddistrict track event at WSIR.

Sorry for the overexposed/washed out video. Forgot to adjust on gopro.

What exhaust setup do you have? Sounds fantastic in the video!

Great driving, you just made me realize why I am failing so hard at heel/toe in this car. I need to learn to roll my foot over to blip the throttle rather than trying to use my heel.

Just under $200. NT01 tires and stock brakes w/ PFC 08 pads, SRF fluid.

Great driving, I was actually impressed by how you were able to keep up with him everywhere except the straights. If you had just...300 more hp or so..or more, you might have taken him a lot earlier. Loved watching your feet too, a beautiful ballet on pedals.

Agreed great driving at WSIR.

Took too long for the 918 driver to give you a point by. I know who it is. Shame on them.

Nice footwork. I was there too. The 918 driver was not pushing that car even slightlyh (only running 1:36 laps). His 14 year old son was there driving his Super Trofeo Gallardo (running similar lap times in advanced) with his instructor until he spun it twice as the fire marshall kicked him off track for being underage. The son also has a McLaren 650S. The instructor took it for a spin late in the day and ran a 1:25.4.

eric is fast, now that he's on nt01's, i can't keep up. he has coilovers and oem brakes, i have oem suspension, and ap brakes. we used to have fun chasing each other, but now that he has the tires and the suspension, i can't keep up in the sweepers at big willow.

Insane! Thanks for the video!

The test pipe AE combo is nuts, does that burble occur naturally or is it the result of a tune?

Nice and smooth driving. The footwork is sweet. I can't believe how the Spyder pulls on your M on those straights though. What a beast that car must be to drive.
