I'd consider trading if the 19's and the colour was included, the individual colours that is, for the money.

Problem down here is that they are ONLY bringing 3 into the country (VEEERRRY EXCLUSIVE)... WTF given it is a 6 month build availability in Europe.

Nice subtle additions, not worth much more than $2000 considering the 19" wheels are normally a $1200 option.

The blue looks nice. The DY and MCB versions would actually be a good deal. Don't those individual colors cost an additional $5k?

Contrast stitching and the alloys are great....but only two new color choices? Lame. If you're going to force a third blue, why not make it Estoril? One of the biggest cons of the M3 are poor color choices. I think that BMW could have really done a better job with this car by opening up the entire Individual catalog to M3 Edition buyers. That would make it very attractive and exclusive.

I think it looks like a slightly modified M3 (matte black goodies) with powdercoated rims and a whack looking exhaust trying to be stealth by being black. I'd rather save the money and go aftermarket.

So I'm assuming it's reasonable if somebody wants to have that style (+about 15% M tax).
Assuming you want that custom body color.

Love, Love, LOVE that MC Blue!

Damn. That is just a nice looking car with the black wheels and interior too. Sure, it may be pricey but people are paying $5k just for custom paint, remember. If I were buying an E92 today (and it were available in US) it would be an MCB Edition no question!

I wonder how they achieve that 10mm drop. Is it just with lower springs?

The only thing out of all of that I want is for MC blue to be available in the USA.

I can't buy it in the States, so I think it's ugly/overpriced/lame/etc.

only part that appeals to me is the interior stitching.

you can have your OEM 19s painted gloss black for $500 or whatever it may cost.
I dont like the mirrors, looks weird!

you guys don't get it. This is not marketed towards fanatics or car modifiers - this is marketed to the typically OEM, standard car buyers that want a more racy car. BMW does not claim to be saving you money by bundling these things, so stop looking for a savings/bargain

Looks like our modded special editions in the US are better. I think the mods I have seen from owners in here are more special than the BMW Factory. Looks like BMW ordered parts from EAS and Mod bargains and put the Japanese M3 suspension on it and powder coated the wheels.

Ouch - I know you are joking there LeMans M, but I still think you sounded a little harsh. I'm just glad Jason posted this in the main forum instead of the pics forum (at least for now) because I don't check that very often and I would probably not have seen the MCB pics I've been waiting to see.
