What's a fair price on this '13 M3?
Interested in this car but i feel it's overpriced at 67.9. What's a fair offer?

59-62k IMO
it looks like this car is in CA and judging by your info you are in Chicago so you will also have to factory in 1200-2k in shipping charge as well. Its a nice car though and its a 6mt which seems to be a little more tricky to find these days.

Waaay too expensive. MSRP on a new M3 is $72xxx. This is not even new and already has 7600 miles on it. I would offer between $60-$62k.

A quick search on Cars.com shows there are dealers around the country who have new ones. The problem that you might run into is supply and demand. Now, that they've stopped production, the dealers will try and use that to jack up the prices. If you are serious, you're going to have to do a good amount of research and negotiating! Good luck.

Plus there is between $2000 and $3000 in factory incentives on new cars. The incentives alone can get you from MSRP to close to what they are asking for. Got to be at least a 5 to 10 percent hit in value with 7000 miles on it.
