I had to look up BIR...

"Brainerd International Raceway is located in Brainerd, Minnesota and is widely recognized as North America's Premiere Motor Speedway."

Laguna Seca, Infineon, Watkins Glen and VIR must be upset...

Oh, nice vid! Enjoyed the ride!

Yeah, the BIR is small, more known for drag racing on the straight.

The more notable track that is close to here is Road America, but haven't made it out there yet.

Thanks for posting. Sounds like you're not running stock brake pads...what are you using? The walls of the main straight/drag strip must seem pretty close when you're approaching 150 and holding it there...

The pads were pagid rs19 in front and rs7 rear. They worked great, my first experience with track pads. I had problems getting used to braking later, so I tended to brake to early.

Front straight is a blast, just have to be really careful if it is wet, all the drag race rubber gets very slick.

Nice vid, thanks for sharing. Looks like a fun track, looks like you can carry a lot of speed. Glad to hear you had fun.

Nice collection of cars there too!
