Put stock xpipe on to pass emissions and drove 400 and tried to do a drive cycle but it's very difficult in Brooklyn to be able to successfully do everything in a row. Still have 4 failing. Any advice? Car is supercharged atm with actives tune

Failing monitors:
Evap
Cats
Heater
O2

You need to contact them for different software, they have probably switched some things off in the code.

Usually there is an emissions tune and regular supercharger tune. The emissions tune will re-enable monitoring of the items listed.

Even assuming you have nothing disabled in the software, it may take some time to reset the monitors.

If you did not have something disabled in the tune, you would have been driving with a CEL for increased emissions while the track pipe was installed. You did not mention that, so I would assume something is disabled in your tune.

I agree with contacting AA for help on how to pass. There are some tunes with built in simulation that will pass. There are some tunes without simulation that simply shut off the CEL and they will not pass. Reinstalling the midpipe every year is one option, assuming you have a tune with nothing disabled in it to flash back to when reinstalling the stock midpipe.

To clarify, when I installed the xpipe I did have a cel that was on (came off sometimes, but was on majority of the time). I have put the stock pipes back on, no cel no codes in the system but I did not reflash the car since.

Is there also a visual inspection aspect to your state emissions testing? Or is that only in California?
