Angry Scuffed 19' Alloys - Not Happy!!!!???

I'm not happy today!!!!! I have today scratched my 19 inch alloys on the outter rim on the kerb. The scuff is about an inch long. Can this be repaired or am I going to have to buy a new alloy?

I've only had the car 2 weeks and someone already put a nice door ding on the car. just had it repaired this morning. luckily there's a really good paintless repair guy that stops by the local dealership a couple times a week, so he was able to make it look perfect without much effort. cost me a $100 though.

I used to own MK Motorsport wheels, and I had one damage from a rock that fell of a bed of a truck, and left a nice dent for me to be pissed about all day. Long story short, the guys did a great job repairing it, but the finish didn't last. I wish I had bought a new one. If you can live with it, just leave it alone, other wise, bite the bullet and buy a new one.

Never seems to happen on older cars!!!!!

I'm going to try and get it repaired, did the same thing on my previous M Sport 18 inch wheels and they did a pretty good job for £75.

Your rims will look brand new after a $100 job.....

A more difficult issue: how do you deal with stone chips at the front of the hood?

I've got a little curb scuff (also about 1" long) on the lip of my right rear 19" rim. I'm not going to give it a second thought because I'm sure I'll put one or two more on there at some point. It's not worth worrying about, IMO.
