I have no idea what the offsets are.

They'll definitely fit. Might want spacers to make them more flush, though.

So they'll basically wont be any where near flush to the fender? What about brake clearance?

Without knowing offsets and widths....totally guesswork, absolutely a shot in the dark!

Once you gather that info, use an offset comparer, like this one http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp , to see if they work.

You will probably want to run spacers to get them looking flush and to avoid suspension and brake components.
