Crevier BMW

Has anyone else in this forum received really bad service from Paul Cox from Crevier? Am I the only one that thinks he is an @sshat? Just wanted to throw it out there in case other people have had bad experience with him...

Crevier is going through some changes, both construction and re-staffing...just avoid it for a while and let them get their shit straight.

I love their parts department (watch out for a guy that works in the parts department he is freakin cocky, thinks he knows everything) and sales are very friendly...

My 1st McKenna service was not good at all. My windshiled rubber moldings had cracks all the way across and the SA said (lady) that they dont cover that. Oh also i asked that my center console is peeling off and said they dont cover that.. so prior to this i was at PACIFIC BMW and complained about my door handle peeling off the SA just looked at it and said.. oh ok ill order a new one.

i decided to replace the windshield moldings and had a windshield shop installed it.. cost 100+ but shouldnt have to go through hassle like this if the car is under warranty... the only thing McKenna replaced was my wiper oh and they didnt even wash my car ( i dont usually let the dealer wash the my car but at that time my car was filthy) the lady said my car is low and they cant wash it. she said its at the top of the parking lot. i have the name of the SA but will not post it plus shes the only SA lady and drives a 335 i believe thats what she said...

When i got the survey i gave all low score and advised to call me, guess what never got one.. With just that one experience i would never go back... dont get me wrong if you want parts, or buying a new car i think this dealer is legit. like i said watch out for that guy at the counter forgot the name very cocky dude.

Most Socal dealers have bad reps. It sucks since it's such a huge mecca for the M3. I went to Steve Thomas for my service. Yeah it's a long drive but definitely worth it since they take care of your car.

I bought my car from Nick Alexander. They offer flatbed pickup, loaner car etc. I figured that was just a hassle and I live right by Creview.

Put it this way. I am going thought the hassle and doing Nick Alexander for my next service. It can't be worse.

I had the same issue at Crevier when we had a Mini. I figured maybe the BMW side was different. Nope same horrible service. Funny as well I was so disappointed while I was there they never even sent me the survey. I found that very ironic.

Surprisingly I have had nothing but great service at Crevier.. I've been going there since I owned my 335i 5 years ago.. I always go with Dan Canfield for my service.

It seems like the service adviser has a lot to do with it. The one guy in particular (Paul Cox) is just plain horrible. I dont know why they keep people like that, since it just ruins the dealership's reputation. Other people there seem ok. Master tech named Jeff at Crevier is awesome I have to admit.

Personally I've had great experiences with Paul Cox... when I had a 335i (lemon'd) Paul was able to fix every single problem it had even when BMW tried to deny a few of the repairs.

Im glad you had a good experience with him, unfortunately my experience was horrible. Had to go to dealer three times in less than 24 hours. He told me the noise in my car was "normal" twice and sent me home. I finally took a video of the noise and showed another SA, who immediately said "yeah that is definitely not normal". Furthermore, he lied about examining the car. He first said that he had someone test drive it and did not hear anything so nothing was done. When I asked if they did anything besides test drive it, he first said no. THen when I questioned why they only test drove it, he lied and said he had someone look at it also, which was not true.
THEN, he further went on to say that he wont have the tech look at it because there is nothing to fix and they wont "get paid". He basically said to take it to another dealer also, which I felt was totally rude.

Crevier is garbage.. I have posted my saga on the dealer review thread. In addition Paul Cox was the last SA I tried before bailing on them and going to Long Beach. Retarded and unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe them. Stay away!

In all reality, there are some service advisers that are friendlier than others and are willing to go above and beyond their regular duties. I have seen this first hand when I used to bring my E46 M3 a couple of years ago before I started working here. As most of the locals know, we have helped out many forum members with performance upgrades or just regular maintenance and we'll continue to do our best to help out the community. For the best service you can contact me directly via pm or at 562 345 7356 and I'll get you guys setup with one of our designated performance department service advisers.
