Reason for Selling
After a few sleepless nights, I've decided to make an attempt at selling my car. I'm in the process of building a custom home while I am starting another business. I have come to the conclusion that I shouldn't cut corners on building our dream home just to keep the M3. Instead, we are going to build exactly what we want, and I can pick up another M3 in a few years.

All this being said, I don't need to sell the M3. Please keep that in mind should you make a "lowball" offer, and I don't accept it. I hope you will understand my position and you do not get offended.

Vehicle Details

My M3 is a very lightly optioned car. I didn't want a lot of the extra stuff. Think of it as this car is lighter than others.

Just the seats alone (non-powered except side bolsters) are significantly lighter!

I picked up the car at Performance Delivery Center in Columbia, SC on May 23rd, 2011. The sticker on the door has a build date of 03/2011. That makes it what most refer to as a 2011.75 version. Although, since it doesn't have Navigation, there are no BMW Apps (this was the difference between .50 and .75 version).

Condition/Maintenance
Below is a garbled version of the excel spreadsheet of my maintenance report. I fancy myself as a "professional grade," novice detailer. You can see the schedule of care below. The car has never spent a night outside, has been in the rain about a half dozen times, hasn't been driven by anyone but me (once by my dad with me in the car), gets bathed mostly weekly if necessary, isn't daily driven, etc. I think you get the idea. I have degree in Engineering, so think of your most OCD Engineer buddy and multiply the obsessive behavior by a few times. Hopefully, you get the picture.

The car is currently sealed with Mezerna Powerlock and topped with Griots Premium Carnauba Wax. If you're local, we could spend a day and detail it if you would like.

There are a few minor rock chips on the hood and three small scratches next to each other on the rear quarter panel. (I can't figure out from where they came.) Nothing that will show up in photos, but in full disclosure the condition isn't "brand new." The interior looks how you'd hope a year old car with 8,000 miles on it in FL would look. It's pretty much perfect. The driver's seat seems to be giving others problems. Mine looks very good, so there are no wearing issues. It is probably the Leather Masters treatment that helps.

The tires are in very good condition.

I did do 1 Track Event. I taped up what seemed to be the entire car. It took me about three hours. I rode around in 3rd gear and drove the car about 6/10ths. I didn't like doing it as I'm way to cautious of a person. Needless to say, the car survived unharmed.

Aftermarket Parts
I am selling the car stock. You will have several choices. I can leave which ever parts you want on the car. I fully understand that aftermarket parts add no value (if not hurt value), so I will be removing everything unless otherwise requested. All of the parts are simple bolt-ons, so rest assured the car can be completely stock should you wish. I am open to discussion.

I do have an Evolve Tune that I can re-flash back to stock or could have them send me a file customized for which ever parts you decide you want. The tune runs $1,000 and comes with the cable locked to this car. Obviously, I can't do anything with the tune, so think of it as an added "free to you" bonus.

The windows are tinted pretty dark, but I haven't had an issues with the authorities. I'm sure you could remove it if you would like later.

I also hardwired a Valentine 1 and can leave the wiring in the car.
