I've washed my car 4 times in the last few days...

Where/how did u wash ur car?
I hear that we can't use pressure washers on the e93 as it can cause leaks.
I always take mine to my local dealer weekly and tell them to leave out the swirls.

Can you "overwash" a car? I mean if you were to wash your car every couple days, even with the best materials available, do you risk removing the clear coat?

Yeah I wouldnt use the pressure washer. The seals in the e93 are so complex that if it were to get replaced through the dealer, the would have to bring in a specialist. Really hard to replace.

And yeah on top of everything I get my car professionally detailed by a guy who works for my dealership once a week

I'm in the NYC area of anyone was wondering.

I'm in SWFL - I've given up keeping my cars pristine for a few months a year. It rains (almost) daily right around rush hour - then the sun comes out.
