CCC to CiC
PNW! What's up!
Just wondering if anyone up this way done this conversion yet? I was on the fence about buying all the parts, but it would be nice to have someone help from someone that has already done it. I'm in the Lacey/ Olympia, WA area. Side note.... enjoying the last few days of nice fall weather before it gets wet again. Anyone here drive their M through the winter here? |

I know someone in Texas that if you send him CIC he will unlock it from VIN and you will no longer need emulator and can just plug it in and code it, don't have to splice any wires and Navi will work. He did it to my CIC and also updated with latest maps. Solid guy - his name is Dan. If you want his info let me know.

No problem and good luck. there is a ton of information on the forum so I'm sure you won't have any problem doing the retrofit.
Good tip - google everything and it will find you the best m3post pages, better than if you use m3post search. by the way that guy from Texas will do a remote coding as well if case you want to code your car for CIC - one stop shop.
