Where to buy heavy duty 3m double sided tape?

target has it too in their hardware section.

if you go to pep boys, you can find the automotive grade double sided tape made by 3m as well.

i'm not sure what the difference is between heavy duty and automotive is though.

The last time I asked a body shop for some (for the angel eye ballasts in my 3er, Rob) they gave me the red stuff.

I bought some from Home Depot, in the paint department.
